In the world of recruitment and professional training, most companies ask candidates to take 100% of the financial risk. They charge thousands of dollars upfront for online courses and leave applicants with a “maybe.”
When the team behind Medical Sales Jobs came to One Ton Creative, they were doing the exact opposite. They were flipping the industry on its head by operating like an elite sports or talent agency. They scouted top talent, funded their entire six-week clinical training program—including flights, hotels, sawbones, and cadaver labs—at zero upfront cost, and only won when their candidates got hired.
It was a brilliant, high-stakes business model. The problem? Their brand identity and website didn’t match the premium nature of the service they were offering.
Phase 1: Finding a Name with Weight
The company’s original name, Medical Sales Jobs, was a major roadblock. It did not accurately describe the high-investment, advocate-style relationship they build with their candidates.
Our first move was a complete naming strategy, rebranding the company to Med Sales Agency. This powerful shift instantly changed the narrative, positioning them exactly as they are: personal advocates, recruiters, and career investors.
Phase 2: Overhauling the Visual Identity
Alongside the name change, we needed to replace a generic, unmemorable logo with a visual identity that commanded authority in the medical device sales industry.
We designed a sleek logo and a comprehensive branding kit built to appeal to two very different, high-performing audiences: ambitious candidates looking to break into a lucrative career, and medical device employers looking for a zero-risk pipeline of elite sales reps.

Phase 3: Turning Walls of Text into a Scannable Journey
The original, in-house website was suffering from a classic startup challenge: information overload. It was packed with huge blocks of text that made the user experience feel overwhelming and intimidating.
We stripped away the clutter and restructured the entire digital experience. We took their comprehensive 6-week curriculum and broke it down into a clean, intuitive three-stage narrative:
The Selection: Vetting for grit and talent.
The Immersion: Online foundations and hands-on surgical labs.
The Placement: Putting certified reps directly in front of hiring managers.
By pairing punchy, conversion-focused copywriting with clean user paths, we turned an overwhelming wall of text into a scannable, persuasive experience.
